Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Shipping (First Class/Priority) is free for all customers in the U.S. when you spend $100 or more!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally.

HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 2 - 3 business days of the order. All orders placed on Fridays after 3 PM will be shipped usually by Monday.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER SHIPPED FASTER?

Just let us know! We can provide overnight shipping and invoice you for the additional shipping cost for an overnight delivery to your address. 

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER OR PACKAGE HASNT ARRIVED?

Please contact us immediately if your order has not been shipped yet. If your order is in transit to you, contact the post office. If the package is returned to us, you will be required to pay a second shipping fee to have it mailed to you again. We will also require a new address. If a package for any reason is lost in transit, you will need to contact USPS directly. Once a package leaves our facility we are unable to contact USPS regarding your order. Please submit claim direct with USPS for any lost/stolen packages.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s). - Please note we only issue store credit. We are available for questions on sizing during normal store hours.

 

Pickup Information:

We offer pickup for our customers. Pickups will be scheduled Tuesday-Sunday starting at 11am. Please be advised all customers will be advised when their orders are ready for pickup. If at any time you need further assistance regarding your pickup, you may contact the owner Samantha at (516) 476-8465.

 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for clients who spend $100 or more on an online purchase. We deliver up to 5 miles from our main location in Wantagh,NY.  Please note - if someone is not home at the location upon delivery, we are not responsible for any packages that may go missing. You will be emailed a picture upon drop off at the front door if nobody is home.
