Thank you for your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return for a credit within (14) days of the purchase date. After 14 days we will not/cannot issue a credit. We will go off of the delivery date shown in the USPS tracking information.
Returns
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, & smoke and perfume free condition with no makeup or deodorant stains. If any of the returned items have this, a credit will not be issued.

To make a return, please put the item in its original package and mail to:

Please include the following in your returned package:
Original invoice/receipt or a print out of your order confirmation email. If you do not have a printer please just hand write the order number and the item you are returning. You may also include a reason you are returning item. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at Customerservice@enigmafashionboutique.com.
When will you receive your credit?
Once we receive the returned package and item is inspected, we will issue a credit. Credit will be issued via E-Gift Card. Please make sure your email used during checkout is valid so credit can be issued.
